  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA): Once approved, you will receive an RA number and further instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring that all components are included.
  4. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping service to return the item to the address provided by our support team. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and specify that you would like an exchange. We will ship a replacement item once the original item is received and inspected.
